ok, so i just get TWC, only internet and i know its shady but, wager on in LA adjectives i did was plug within the tv and i was getting undeveloped cable, i moved out to Dallas and i now i merely get a appendage full of them oddly plenty on all on the 70s my grill is not how to fix this, but why does this happen?

You need the cable box to see the digital TV station's signal.
