How can I vision my desktop via VGA cable on my LCD TV? The TV has a VGA input, but the with


The TV has a VGA input, but the with the sole purpose way I can take any picture is to click "Extend Desktop" under the Display Properties pane under subsidiary monitor. But I don't want to extend the desktop, I just want to scene what I am seeing on my laptop onto the TV. When I uncheck the box, the TV just go blank. Help!!
Answers:  Right click on desktop, go to illustrative options, and choose pictographic properties. The option should be within there somewhere. Graphic cards are different and own different terminology, but it primarily what I told you.
