between a DVI input and AV input for an hd cable set? i have an hd set...which input is better?
Answers:

The difference is AV will not take TRUE HD images , you should connect via your DVI input but if you own a HDMI input you should use this as HDMI will carry both picture and nouns where DVI will stipulation a red and white cable for audio. The DVI input and HD component video connections are your merely source to accept HD signals. AV, S-video will not display digital content contained by HD.

So DVI will be the better choice. Your going to need red, white stereo jacks to move about along with that DVI nouns because DVI only carry video information and not audio.

The new format HDMI does both audio and video.
