My HD TV picks up 7Digital / 7HD / 7Digital 1, 2 and 3.
I know 7HD has different programming but are the rest impossible to tell apart? (I live in Sydney)

Answers:  According to Wikipedia, the Seven Network broadcasts it's programming as a multicast. In other words in attendance are at least 3 different transmitions of what I assume should essentially be the same waterway. One version of the ditch is analog, one is digital but in Standard Definition, and another is Digital and within High Definition. There is also a guide channel (channel 77?) that list the programing for Seven. Seven Media group also owns and operates the Austext system.

This possibly accounts for some of what your picking up?
