Answers: I'm having indistinguishable issue here in Georgia. I guess they are hiring idiots. My Internet quit working too, and I finally had to switch to ATT because they couldn't fix it. Turns out, adjectives the cable boxes in my neighborhood are spread out and that can't be good for them. Especially when it rain.
