Charter Cable Problems? I've had this problem for over 6 months immediately,
I've had this problem for over 6 months immediately, everytime I turn to the G4TV or Toon Disney Channel, I end up beside a static screen. What should I do to serve solve this problem?

i have like problem. i think it have to do with the electric wiring.you should call them and ask for a tech to come out. Digital or analog?
Call them and relate the problem. Most likely it's poor signal strength. Less expected, it's interference.
On your own you can get a cable booster to fix the signal, but really it should be their responsibility to fix the problem. Call and draw from a tech out to your place, saying you regard signal strength is the problem, and don't allow them to charge you extra.
Aside from that, the channels might not be cut of your package within their system and you should ask for a refund if you've be paying for them.
When in doubt, ask for a supervisor or threaten to write a note to corporate headquarters, as long as you've established the channels are subdivision of your package.
Edit: sometimes they afford you test packages where on earth you need to read the fine print - they supply you intro deals and next take them away. I'd right to be heard contact Charter and see what should be on your account and after go from in attendance.
