I am upset because it is been more than a month calling technicians and they dont know exactly whats occurring, the failure it is ramdom sometimes it happen sometimes it doesnt, the set turns off suddenly and next I have to loaf 20 or more minutes, then I turn it on again and it works, after again suddenly happens again and again.
An expert told me that the plasma and lcd technology havent overcome the one of the previous ones(TUBE,SONY VEGA ETC..)
i REALLY APPRECIATTE YOUR HELP IN THIS MATTER(HELPING ME IN BUYING ANOTHER TV SET)

I reccomend staying away from plasma. LCD's have longer lives.
Samsung are the top Even the best TVs do founder. Most manufacturers consider a disappointment rate of about 4-6% moderately normal. Each TV have hundreds of components.
I recommend that you ask for a TV exchange, especially if your TV is under warranty. Other than that, Panasonic is a pretty pious and reliable brand.
