The description could be wrong. the TV may only be capable of show 1080i not 1080p. There is very little marked difference. 1080p will be outdated in a year or so anyway.

It is a intensely good price and and TV I see in stores here contained by Canada my only concern is that I don't does as suitable of job next to the standard definitions signal.
