Best Buy Home Service, I am really frustrated!! Help!? I have a TV that I purchased from Best
I have a TV that I purchased from Best Buy a year ago and it fixed to crap out on me so I called best buy to repair it since I own a 4 year warranty. Its been nearly 2 months since my TV's be messed up and they ordered the wrong part (a month ago). So they said that they be going to reorder it, i was waiting patiently till I call Best Buy today saying that they cancelled it, I be like WTF!
So they ordered it and they said its on backorder. Im furious because its the lone TV in my apartment. I call the manufacturer (Westinghouse) and they said they can do zilch because the 1 year is up. So what to do?? I have be waiting for Best Buy to fix my TV for 2 months.

The first thing that I'd suggest is discussion to the manager and recitation him you want a loaner tv. If that fails, telephone the main number, email, and transport a registered letter to their customer service. In other words, be a pest. If you squeak loud enough, someone will pocket notice. They hold been taking deeply of flak lately about their service so they SHOULD be prepared to help you out.

The reason these tvs are vastly smaller number expensive is that they cut corners to produce them. The reason the parts are on backorder is that the sets adjectives have alike problems. The reason Best Buy is punking you is thats what evil monopoly companies do. Good luck, lesson widely read.
