Answers: You MIGHT have the TV set to the SAP AUDIO mode which would explanation your TV channels to enjoy no sound, but allows the Video 1 Audio to fully function....
Set your audio mode to fundamental or stereo and make sure it's not setup for SAP mode....
The individual other thing that would bring your symptoms is if the TUNER could not send the audio signal out of it.
I'm penchant towards the SAP being turned on ..
