Go here. You will find everything you need. All of your local stations should be transmitting in digital. The FCC required broadcasters to own digital signals in the upper air by 2002. The only exceptions are stations that go on the air after 2002, they will hold to wait until close the transition to get their digital culvert assignments.
Your local newspaper, TV Guide or http://www.antennaweb.org should inventory the digital channels contained by your area.
If you need to have a TV industry professional speak to your community group free of charge more or less the transition, contact the National Association of Broadcasters Speaker's Bureau at (202) 232-6579 . You can also find information at http://www.DTVAnswers.com .
