Comcast TV helpp? ok so i have a samsung tv near comcast
ok so i have a samsung tv near comcast cable....
someone hit a button and now i can hear what is human being said AND there are also the caption on the bottom of the screen..
how do i receive rid of this?!? i have a comcast remote BTW

If the caption are coming from your cable box (captions only show up when you're watching cable, not if you hold a DVD or VCR hooked up to it):
In the on screen guide, scroll down to find a Settings preference or something like Set-up, etc. From at hand, see if there is a Display Settings. There should be an risk that mentions captions. When you find it, purely select the option to Off.
If the caption are from your TV (captions when watching cable or other sources that connect to the TV): Similar method but through your Samsung TV's menus instead..

idk...u may have need of to call comcast..those B***ards hold you tried changing the dike with ur TV remote. (the one that kinda turns sour the cabel) try that and if it stays the same I speak call comcast. I usually do.
