100mA and 400mA? what is the difference betweeen a (v 100mA AC


what is the difference betweeen a (v 100mA AC adapter and a 9v 400mA adapter? and can I use the 400mA on an appliance with a 100mA?
Or should I lately buy the 9v 100mA adapter? help...! T_T can't use my TV in need it.

What the TV guy say is correct, except you have to mind your Ps and Qs that the unit supply this voltage is regulated. Some unit will provide the advertise voltage single when you reach the advertise current. If you use less current, the voltage is better because it is not regulated. So, if you use less than 400ma on an unregulated section supplying 9v, you could be up to 12V if you are using less current. You enjoy to be careful when buying these power unit and maintain the requirements of the device you are going to use it on. The 400 mA adapter provides more amps.
Yes you can use a 9V 400 mA adapter instead of a 9V 100 mA. Your TV will draw as much current as it needs.
(The reverse will not work though...)
