I've been seeing prices for HDMI cable change from $1 to $100 (U.S. Dollars). What is the difference in these cable? How can some be sold for so cheap? While others are Super expensive?
Just want to know before i travel and purchase a cheap piece of crap.

There are a few itterations of HDMI from scaled down to adjectives out.
You have type A, B, and C type connectors
Then there's performance 1.0 and 1.3.
Single link and double intertwine
plus 2 clock speeds
All of those can take different cable.
Single connect is almost oboslete and will be found really cheap. The wire guage make a difference but really the $100 cables are adjectives about the hype. Go to monoprice.com and buy their complex end hdmi cable for a fraction of the price. They're very flawless quality and they ship promptly.
