i have a dell flat peak TV, and the right speaker is giving a fuzzy sound. it keep coming and going. no sound from the movies is coming out. is their any solutions for this?

I got a different tv at christmas but when the picture colours is white or the sky these white fuzzy lines show up. ihave a Mikomi 19in LCD, HD ready tv.
My Video Cassette Tape Won't Play surrounded by VCR?
I purchased a video cassete tape of an matured classic movie that was no longer available within the US. So I purchased it from an online London retailer, and it was deliver fine. However, when I popped it into my VSR, it would not play, no matter what I did. Someone told me that this is because the sattelite signals are different surrounded by London than they are here or something like that. I'm confused. Can someone explain and please report me how I can fix this? Thanks.
Mystery Parental Code Has My Television Locked, Please Help?
Okay well while I'm aware theres probably no approach to fix this unless we know the code somehow, but I'm still fishing for solutions. My tv is an old toshiba tv. My grandfather, who have alzhimers, is very frail and got confused near the television remote control while my parents and I be out to lunch. It just say Parental Control Lock and asks for a four digit code to unlock it. None of us even knew we have a code. Is there anyway we can find out this code or reset the tv or something?
Need abet picking a 46 inch 1080p LCD TV?
I am shopping for a 46 inch 1080p LCD TV but there are so abundant similar ones by different companies (e.g. Toshiba, Samsung, Sharp, LG). What brand TV should I get? Also, the 120Hz TVs are adjectives about $300-$400 more than the 60Hz ones. Is it worth spending the extra $300-$400 for this? At this point I am debating getting the "Toshiba Regza 46 inch 1080p 120Hz Flat-Panel LCD HDTV (46LX177)" because an member of staff at the Best Buy store says that it is the best aspect for the price compared to similar TVs by other companies. I am wondering whether I should get this or a Samsung, Sharp etc. next to the same specs. I am also wondering whether I should squirrel away $300-$400 and get a similar TV beside 60Hz instead of 120Hz. Note that I plan to watch Blu-Ray and regular movies, monitor regular and HD television and play PS3 games. Thanks for any proposal.

From what I see LG is offering 5ms response time as opposed to 8 by the other 2. And JVC is offering a bigger eyeshade for only $100 more next the other 2 . But how is JVC in the LCD's department? Is it better to buy a 1080p tv since the trend is shifting over to ble ray discs? Would i enjoy problems viewing low def channels on a 1080p tv? what are the benefits of have a hdmi input in the tv? why do some brands push that they have 2 hdmi inputs? Basics of what I'm looking to buy: a 40-42" LCD 1080p, priced at around $1000. This weekend I picked up a 42" LCD that I thought was a biddable choice....picture looked decent, and the price be right. After setting up the TV at home, I popped in a DVD on my upconverting DVD player. The TV would with the sole purpose play the DVD at 480p...it automatically chose that resolution and would not allow me to change the setting to 720p or 1080i on the DVD player. A paying special attention tech on here referred to the tv as a "Smart TV." It "tries" to make time easier by automatically choosing the resolution to play and not allowing the user to change it on the DVD player. On top of the 40-42" & 1080p, I'm also looking for an LCD TV that in reality allows me to take supremacy of my upconverting DVD player by not blocking me from changing the DVD player's resolution. Suggestions on a brand and model?
